Contact usWhat should I ask before buying?
Ask about the site fees, what they include, the park season, the permitted use of the home and the length of the pitch agreement. Our team will explain the terms that apply.
Can I visit before I buy?
Yes – contact us to arrange a viewing of the park and any holiday homes you are interested in.
Can I bring my own static caravan?
No – we don't site statics bought elsewhere. Our pitches are for the holiday homes we sell, including new holiday homes on our twenty-pitch development at Cot House.
Which park is right for me?
Each park has its own character – the Cowal Peninsula, the Moray coast or the Yorkshire coast. Have a look at our park pages or get in touch and we'll help you decide.
